Ultra Light

The lightest gravel hopper which is based on a completely new design and approach.
The side of the hopper is smooth all the way. Rear cylinder is in the upper frame of the hopper. The design and the manufacturing material are entirely new. The hopper is manufactured from special abrasion resistant special steel that is elastic. Wear resistance is equivalent to the best abrasion resistant steel grades.

Hopper weight including cassette equipment starts from 1,850 kg and max length is 6,300 mm. Hopper volume starts from 15.5 m3.

Ultra Basic R200

A new generation gravel hopper without outer lining sheet..
Thanks to the rounded R200 edges, different kinds of soil are easily detached from the hopper. The shape improves rigidity, which corresponds to the traditional smooth-side model. The hopper, including its sides, can be equipped with a variety of heating elements. Several different types of sheet metal upholstery options are available. R200 is one of the most popular gravel hopper models in the 2000s.

Hopper weights start from 2,400 kg. The length is 4,000 to 9,000 mm as per choice, and the volumes start from 13.5 m3.

Ultra Asfalt R450

R450 is designed specifically for transportation of asphalt.
In the middle section of the hopper, there is only about 1,500 mm in straight section (a normal cassette trailer hopper does not fit in). The rails are replaced with structures under the hopper.

Stone 450

Rock 450 is a durable new generation gravel hopper with round edges.
The hopper has excellent resistance to shock thanks to its round shape, and even its welding seams are optimised to last gravel transportations. The material thickness of the hopper is 10 mm for the whole lining. The hopper has one seam in the middle, and its design has been optimised for good appearance and durability.

The side height is 1,100 mm, and the volume of the hopper is adjusted by length. Hopper volumes start 13.5 m3, and the maximum length is 8,000 mm. Hopper dead weight starts from 3,530 kg.

Smooth-side model

The smooth-side gravel hopper is a classic in the world of hoppers.
This hopper model has remained popular even in the 2000s even though its production started in the 1970s.

The benefit of a gravel hopper wit smooth sides include, for instance, excellent heat distribution and tipping stability.

Sides with posts

Length selectable, standard length 6,000 mm, width 2,550 mm. Side heights 1,000–1,200 mm.
The structure of the side: tail gate arm 1,100 mm, cylinder upright. Posts upright or tilted slanting forward.
